How to retrieve your Discount from a AML-AM Supplier

Before you order your products or services please contact the supplier and confirm how you want to use your Credit Docket, what it is you want to purchase and confirm that the Docket is relevent to that product or service.

If you are purchasing on-line the supplier may require the Discount Credit Docket be mailed to them before the products go out or they may provide a refund on the receipt of the Docket. Others may simply accept the use of the Docket without it being exchanged. You DO need to contact the supplier first to confirm the use of the Docket.

The vouchers are Discount dockets - not a cash substitute - and are merely a means of requesting a discount on product so there is no need for firm rules to be applied in any situation. How a business acts on them is their decision. However a business can re-use them therefore they may require them to be handed over in return for discounts offered, so that they can use them again.
